TRANSCRIPT:
Mike Rinder was the least caring person I ever met. As a matter of fact, Mike Rinder is the one person that I met that is an example of someone that you would… the last person on Earth you would want to talk to is Mike Rinder, if you want to be a whole person yourself and sure of yourself.
I would describe him as a cold, calculating, conniving and totally false type of a person.
He would inevitably, for every single person, castigate them. He would invalidate them. He would say things about them that made them feel stupid and horrible. It was unbelievable. I couldn’t believe this was happening.
He was constantly telling me how stupid I was, how minuscule, how I was a little low-level something or other. Not once did I ever get a comment from him that made me feel I could do my job.
He didn’t ever get on with other people. He didn’t ever apply, in my view and by my experience, Scientology technology—the technology of how to communicate with someone, how to develop good personal relationships. He had no good personal relationships. He made people terrified of him, or made them so small that they didn’t ever dare challenge him. It was how he got away with being such a sham. But anybody who uses him as a consultant is a fool.
